NO. 10 Virginia Tech takes down No. 20 Georgia Tech

Atlanta, GA – Logan Thomas threw three touchdown passes and ranked Virginia Tech moved one 26 victory over No. 20 Georgia Tech at Bobby Dodd Stadium.

Thomas finished with 209 yards on 7-of-13 passing and totaled 70 yards on 18 carries for the Hokies (9-1, 5-1 ACC), who notched their fifth straight win.

Virginia Tech built an 11-point lead late in the first half and rallied from a 26-21 deficit in the third quarter.

Tevin Washington had three rushing touchdowns for the Yellow Jackets (7-3, 4-3), who were eliminated from the division race. Virginia is second in the standings at 3-2.
