New York, NY (SportsNetwork.com) - Washington Nationals right fielder Bryce Harper continues to lead the National League by a healthy margin in the latest All-Star balloting update.

Harper's voting tally increased to 2,323,186, while San Francisco's Buster Posey moved in front of St. Louis' Yadier Molina for the top spot among catchers with a lead of 137,499 votes.

Two Cardinals players held their positions in voting, as third baseman Matt Carpenter stayed in second place in overall voting and shortstop Jhonny Peralta maintained his lead over San Francisco's Brian Crawford.

Miami Marlins second baseman Dee Gordon and Los Angeles Dodgers first baseman Adrian Gonzalez remained as the leaders at their respective positions.

Cardinals left fielder Matt Holliday and Marlins slugger Giancarlo Stanton were second and third in voting for outfielders.

This year's All-Star Game is scheduled for July 14 at Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati.
