Florida Marlins left fielder Logan Morrison could miss two to four weeks because of an injured left foot.

Morrison sprained and strained his foot Tuesday in his first at-bat against Pittsburgh. He was removed from the game in the fifth inning and has been on crutches since.

Morrison leads the Marlins with four home runs and 11 RBIs. He is hitting .327.

He is scheduled to have a hard cast removed Monday. He has been told he could resume minimal baseball activities soon after that.

The Marlins said Thursday they have not decided whether to put Morrison on the disabled list. Scott Cousins and Emilio Bonifacio will share time in left field with Morrison out.
