New York, NY – Los Angeles Kings forward Ethan Moreau was fined $2,500 by the NHL for boarding Pittsburgh Penguins forward Chris Kunitz during Saturday's game.
The incident occurred at 8:27 of the first period, and the subsequent fine was the maximum allowed under the current collective bargaining agreement.
