Hoyas send Huskies to fourth straight loss

Hollis Thompson had 18 points, leading No. 44, on Wednesday night and sending the game losing streak in almost two years.

Henry Sims added 13 points and Jason Clark scored 11 for the Hoyas (17-4, 7-3 Big East), who bounced back from a loss at Pittsburgh on Saturday to win for the fourth time in five games.

The reigning champion Huskies (14-7, 4-5) have dropped four in a row for the first time since February 28-March 9, 2010, on the way to missing the NCAA Tournament.

They were led in this one by Andre Drummond's 18 points and Jeremy Lamb's 14.
