Hoffenheim's Williams to miss the remainder of the season

Sinsheim, Germany – Bundesliga club Hoffenheim revealed Wednesday that midfielder Daniel Williams will miss the remainder of the season with a shoulder injury.

According to the club, the American international partially tore a muscle in his shoulder while lifting weights.

Williams, 23, is expected to be out of action for up to six weeks and will miss the club's final Bundesliga contests against Nurnberg and Hertha Berlin.
