Colorado Rockies outfielder Carlos Gonzalez aggravated his sprained right middle finger and was forced to leave Thursday's contest against the Miami Marlins in the fourth inning.

The Rockies are listing him as day-to-day. Gonzalez has been dealing with this injury since hurting the finger during an at-bat against the Diamondbacks on July 7.

Jordan Pacheco pinch-hit for the 27-year-old to start the fourth. Gonzalez came into the contest batting .298 with 26 home runs and 67 RBI.
