Starkville, MS – South Carolina Gamecocks running back 12 win over Mississippi State with a sprained left knee.
Lattimore ran for 39 yards and a touchdown on 17 carries before departing in the fourth quarter.
"We could be without Marcus for a while but we'll have to wait and see about that," Gamecocks coach Steve Spurrier said after the game.
Lattimore entered the contest leading the SEC with 779 rushing yards.
