Washington, DC – Tamika Catchings had 23 points, 10 rebounds and six assists, helping the Indiana Fever continue their turnaround with a 65-52 win over the Washington Mystics.
Shavonte Zellous scored 12 points for the visiting Fever, who swept this home- and-home set. The defending WNBA champions have now gone 6-1 following a 1-7 start to the season.
Monique Currie was the lone player to reach double figures for Washington (8-9), finishing with 15 points on 7-of-11 shooting.
