Flowery Branch, GA (SportsNetwork.com) - The Atlanta Falcons have signed tight end Jacob Tamme to an undisclosed contract.

Tamme spent the past three seasons in Denver after playing his first four years with Indianapolis. He caught 14 passes for 109 yards with two touchdowns in 15 games last season for the Broncos.

The 30-year-old Kentucky product has 178 career receptions for 1,703 yards and 10 touchdowns in 107 games.

Tamme, who has spent most of his career catching passes from Peyton Manning, had his most productive season in 2010 with the Colts, hauling in 67 passes for 631 yards with four touchdowns.
