Philadelphia, PA (SportsNetwork.com) - Matt Every rallied for his first PGA Tour title on Sunday, and that helped him make a big jump in this week's world golf rankings.

Every soared 50 spots to No. 44 after winning the Arnold Palmer Invitational.

The top eight in the rankings remained the same with Tiger Woods followed by Adam Scott, Henrik Stenson, Jason Day, Phil Mickelson, Justin Rose and Rory McIlroy.

Sergio Garcia and Dustin Johnson exchanged places with the Spaniard inching up to No. 8 and Johnson dipping to ninth. Zach Johnson remained No. 10 and was trailed again by Matt Kuchar, Bubba Watson and Jordan Spieth.

Graeme McDowell inched up one to 14 and that pushed Steve Stricker down a notch to 15. Jason Dufner and Charl Schwartzel held steady in 16th and 17th.

Keegan Bradley, who finished second behind Every, jumped 10 places to No. 18. Ian Poulter and Brandt Snedeker were down one spot each to 19th and 20th.

Patrick Reed, who was 20th last week, dipped a pair to No. 22 this week.
