Davie, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - The Miami Dolphins have signed wide receiver Greg Jennings.
Financial terms of the two-year deal were not disclosed.
Jennings spent the last two seasons in Minnesota and was released in March to clear salary cap space. The Vikings made the move one day after acquiring wide receiver Mike Wallace in a trade with the Dolphins.
"I am happy to announce that we have reached an agreement with Greg and would like to welcome him to the Miami Dolphins," said Dolphins general manager Dennis Hickey. "Greg brings a track record of success and is a proven player who can help strengthen the offense."
The 31-year-old veteran led the Vikings in receiving last year with 59 catches for 742 yards and six touchdowns. He also had 68 catches for 804 yards and four scores in 2013, his first season with Minnesota.
Jennings spent the first seven years of his career with the Green Bay Packers before signing a five-year deal with Minnesota in March 2013. He was a two- time Pro Bowl pick with the Packers.
The Western Michigan product was selected by Green Bay in the second round of the 2006 draft. He has 552 career receptions for 8,083 yards and 63 touchdowns in 127 NFL games.
