Davie, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - The Miami Dolphins have placed defensive backs Dimitri Patterson and R.J. Stanford on injured reserve.
The Dolphins also signed cornerback Justin Rogers and safety Michael Thomas off the San Francisco 49ers practice squad.
Patterson had 19 tackles, one sack and four interceptions in six games this season. He dealt with a groin injury for much of the season.
