Miami, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - Miami Dolphins offensive tackle Jonathan Martin is considered doubtful to play in Thursday's game against the Cincinnati Bengals due to an undisclosed illness that has kept him out of practice the entire week.

Martin had opened Miami's first six games of the season at left tackle before being shifted to the right side following the Dolphins' acquisition of Bryant McKinnie earlier this month. Tyson Clabo, who had been displaced from a starting role upon McKinnie's arrival, is expected to take Martin's place on Thursday.

Rookie tight end Dion Sims, who is battling a toe injury, is also listed as doubtful for Thursday's tilt. Wide receiver Brandon Gibson will definitely not play after being placed on injured reserve on Tuesday.

Gibson, who had recorded 30 catches for 326 yards and three touchdowns as Miami's No. 3 receiver this season, tore his patella tendon in Sunday's 27-17 loss at New England.
