Novak Djokovic joined the rest of the big four of men's tennis in the second round at Wimbledon on Tuesday by comfortably beating Jeremy Chardy of France 6-4, 6-1, 6-1.

Second-seeded Djokovic didn't play any grass-court warm-up tournaments but showed no sign of rust against the No. 54-ranked Frenchman.

The Serb dropped just two points on serve in the first set and 11 in the entire match. He saved the only break point he faced.

Djokovic could meet six-time champion Roger Federer in the semifinals. Federer won earlier Tuesday, while No. 1-ranked Rafael Nadal and No. 4 Andy Murray won Monday.
