Just before the end of the third quarter when Oklahoma wasn't able to get much of anything going, it looked like the Sooners would catch a break.
But Charles Tapper whiffed. The OU defensive lineman forced a fumble and looked like he was going to pick it up and score, but he didn't do either. Tennessee recovered.
Now, Oklahoma did go on to win the game, so Tapper looked back on the missed chance wistfully.
"I left my baby on the ground," Tapper said."I dropped my baby. That was one of the worst feelings of my life. I keep thinking, how in the world did I miss the easiest opportunity in my life. I left it all out there. It hurts so bad."
