Philadelphia, PA (SportsNetwork.com) - Paula Creamer made a miraculous eagle putt to beat Azahara Munoz in a playoff in Singapore on Sunday and that helped Creamer return to the top 10 in this week's world rankings.

Creamer, who won for the first time since the 2010 U.S. Women's Open, improved from 11th to eighth thanks to her 10th LPGA Tour title.

Inbee Park held steady at No. 1 and was again followed by Suzann Pettersen, Stacy Lewis, Lydia Ko and So Yeon Ryu. Karrie Webb, who took third behind Creamer, inched up one to sixth and that pushed Shanshan Feng down to seventh.

Creamer was followed by Na Yeon Choi, Lexi Thompson and Catriona Matthew, who all dropped one to ninth, 10th and 11th. I.K. Kim held steady in 12th.

Ha Na Jang improved two to 13th and that bumped Cristie Kerr and Anna Nordqvist down to 14 and 15. Angela Stanford, who shared fourth at the HSBC Women's Champions, climbed three to 16th.

Jiyai Shin remained No. 17 and was followed by Amy Yang, who dropped two to 18th, Hee Young Park, who dipped one to 19th, and Lizette Salas, who held steady at No. 20 this week.
