Glendale, AZ (SportsNetwork.com) - The Arizona Coyotes signed goaltender Devan Dubnyk to a one-year contract on Tuesday.

Dubnyk, who was selected 14th overall in 2004 by Edmonton, split last season between the Oilers and Nashville Predators, posting an 11-18-3 record with a 3.43 goals against average and .891 save percentage.

The Montreal Canadiens acquired the 6-foot-6, 210-pound goaltender from Nashville at the trade deadline last season. The 28-year-old never played a game for the Canadiens and was sent down to their AHL affiliate, the Hamilton Bulldogs.

Across five seasons, Dubnyk has played in 173 career games, compiling a record of 61-77-22 with a 2.90 GAA and a .909 save percentage.
