Irving, TX (SportsNetwork.com) - The Dallas Cowboys signed second-round pick Randy Gregory on Wednesday.

Gregory, a defensive end out of Nebraska, was the 60th overall selection by Dallas in the 2015 draft. He was considered by some analysts as the best pass rusher in the draft, but he failed his combine drug test, leading to his fall in the draft.

He recorded 54 tackles, 10 tackles for loss and seven sacks as a junior in 2014 with Nebraska, adding 16 quarterback hurries.

He ranks ninth in Nebraska history with 17 1/2 career sacks, despite playing just two seasons with the Huskers.
