Arlington, TX (SportsNetwork.com) - Dallas Cowboys running back Lance Dunbar, who had a career-high 82 rushing yards in Thursday's win over the Oakland Raiders, will likely miss the rest of the season with a knee injury.
The official injury diagnosis is a torn posterior lateral corner that needs to be repaired.
Late in the fourth quarter of the Cowboys' 31-24 win, Dunbar was hit in the backfield by a blitzing Raiders cornerback. The North Texas product went down immediately holding his left knee.
With Dunbar sidelined, Joseph Randle and Phillip Tanner will get more playing time behind starter DeMarco Murray.
