San Diego, CA – The San Diego Chargers have signed wide receiver and kick returner Roscoe Parrish to a one-year contract.
Parrish, who spent the first seven seasons of his NFL career with Buffalo, has averaged 12.0 yards per punt return. He's also caught 134 passes for 1,502 yards and seven touchdowns.
Last season, Parrish played in just two games due to a left ankle injury.
