Cleveland, OH – Cleveland Cavaliers guard Kyrie Irving started Wednesday's game against Washington.
He was doubtful because of gastroenteritis, and had missed Wednesday morning's shootaround.
The rookie leads the Cavaliers with averages of 18.8 points and 5.5 assists in 50 games. He missed a few games in February with a concussion and was also sidelined earlier this month with a shoulder injury.
