Tristan Carey scored a career-high 31 points and posted a double-double as Longwood upset Radford 76-61 Saturday.

The Lancers (5-22, 2-11 Big South), who dropped 14 straight before beating Winthrop 62-56 on Feb. 9, then lost 82-53 at High Point on Wednesday. They never trailed Saturday in recording their first Big South home victory.

Carey made 10 of 17 shots from the field, 4 of 8 3-pointers. He grabbed 10 rebounds and sank 7 of 9 fouls shots. He helped Longwood lead 13-2, then 38-23 at halftime. Woodhouse recorded a double-double, tying career highs with 12 points and 11 assists.

Radford (12-15, 6-7) trailed 57-38 in the second half and never threatened. The Highlanders were 5 for 23 on 3-pointers. R.J. Price, who led Radford with 14 points, was 2 of 10 on treys. Ya Ya Anderson made 1 of 7.

Longwood's Michael Kessens and Jeylani Dublin scored 13 apiece.
