The Arizona Cardinals signed free agent linebacker Quentin Groves on Thursday. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Groves is a four-year veteran who has spent the last two seasons with the Oakland Raiders. Last season, he played all 16 games, starting three, and recorded 19 tackles and forced a fumble.

The Jacksonville Jaguars selected Groves in the second round of the 2008 draft, 52nd overall, out of Auburn.

In his career, Groves has played in 63 games and has recorded 95 tackles, 2 1/2 sacks, two interceptions, six passes defensed, three forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries.

Also on Thursday, the team released wide receiver Marc Wilson.
