Capitals re-sign Beagle

Washington, DC – The Washington Capitals re-signed forward Jay Beagle to a three-year contract extension Thursday.

Beagle has spent his entire four-year career with the Capitals, recording career-highs of four goals and five points in 41 games last season.

The 26-year-old has seven goals and three assists over 82 career games with Washington.
