The Vancouver Canucks added depth to their front lines on Friday, signing forward Brad Richardson.

No terms of the contract were disclosed, but reports indicate it is for $2.3 million over two years.

Richardson spent the last five seasons with the Los Angeles Kings, winning a Stanley Cup in 2012. He posted just one goal and five assists in 16 games this past campaign, adding one assist in 11 playoff appearances for LA.

The 28-year-old Ontario native has racked up 43 goals and 105 points in 391 pro contests for the Avalanche and Kings since 2005.
