Detroit, MI – Cleveland Browns wide receiver Mohamed Massaquoi left Friday's preseason game against the Lions with a head injury.
After catching Brandon Weeden's first pass for a 12-yard gain, Massaquoi left with a head injury.
Massaquoi, the 50th overall selection in the 2009 draft, has missed parts of the past two seasons with concussion-related symptoms.
