Blackhawks sign Segal

Chicago, IL – The Chicago Blackhawks have signed forward year contract.

Segal, 28, spent last season with the Dallas Stars and posted five goals and five assists in 46 games. He also totaled 41 penalty minutes and 90 hits.

In parts of three NHL seasons with Tampa Bay, Los Angeles and Dallas, Segal has tallied 11 goals and 22 points in 92 games, with 79 penalty minutes.
