Lake Forest, IL (SportsNetwork.com) - The Chicago Bears announced late Wednesday that they signed free agent safety Antrel Rolle to a three-year contract.

Rolle is a three-time Pro Bowl selection who has missed just one game in the last nine seasons.

The 32-year-old Miami-Florida product spent the last five seasons with the New York Giants, and was part of the club's Super Bowl victory following the 2011 season. Rolle totaled 87 tackles and three interceptions over 16 games last year for Big Blue.

Since breaking into the NFL with the Cardinals in 2005, Rolle has racked up almost 800 tackles, 26 interceptions (four returned for TDs) along with four sacks in 148 appearances.
