Sean Baner kicked a 42-yard field goal on the last play of the game as Delaware rallied to defeat Albany 33-30 in a Colonial Athletic Association thriller on Saturday.

Baner's kick came after the Blue Hens (5-2, 2-1 CAA) drove from their 37 to the Albany 25 and the Great Danes (1-6, 0-3) called two timeouts with 2 seconds left.

Delaware tied the game when Trent Hurley hit Rob Jones for a 20-yard touchdown and Michael Johnson for a two-point conversion with 1:42 to play. The defense then forced a three-and-out to take over with 1:29 to play.

Albany had taken a 23-22 lead on Will Fiacchi's 12-yard TD pass to Nic Ketter early in the fourth quarter and followed that up with a 73-yard drive capped by Omar Osbourne's 21-yard run. Osbourne finished with 142 yards and three scores.

Andrew Pierce had 120 yards and two TDs for Delaware.
