Are viral 'Heat Fan Grandma' videos fake?

By now you've probably seen the viral "Heat Fan Grandma" videos going around the Internet.

They feature a grandmother yelling at the TV as she watches her Miami Heat play the Indiana Pacers in the NBA playoffs.

They are really funny videos. Here's an example:

But they feel a bit fake to us ... so we're calling shenanigans. We feel like this has Jimmy Kimmel written all over it and we're waiting for him to yell gotcha.
