Penn St. trustee: Joe Paterno's legacy 'marred'
PHILADELPHIA (AP) — The chairwoman of Penn State's board of trustees says the panel believes Joe Paterno's "61 years of excellent service to the university is now marred" by the Jerry Sandusky sex abuse scandal. Karen Peetz also says the board "accepts full responsibility for the failures that occurred."
