49ers CB Brown leaves after collision

San Francisco, CA – San Francisco 49ers cornerback Tarell Brown left Sunday's NFC Championship Game late in the third quarter after colliding with a teammate.

Brown and safety Dashon Goldson were both converging on a pass near the middle of the field thrown by Eli Manning to Giants receiver Hakeem Nicks.

When they crashed together, Brown's head and neck seemed to snap back as it ran into Goldson's chest. Brown remained on the ground for several minutes and was helped to the sideline, then later was seen walking to the locker room.
