After more than two weeks and hundreds of events, the 2012 London Olympics conclude Sunday with the Closing Ceremony.

Like the Opening Ceremony, the Closing Ceremony will feature some of Great Britain's most famous performers. According to reports, Coldplay, The Who, Queen and other bands are expected to play while comedian Russell Brand is also expected to be involved. British supermodels Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell are also expected to make an appearance.

There will be more than just a few select celebrities as more than 4,100 performers are expected to take part in the event. It will conclude, as all Olympic Closing Ceremonies do, with the host country handing over the Olympic flag to the next host. In this case, London will hand over the flag to Rio, which will host the 2016 Olympics.

The Closing Ceremony will be broadcast as part of NBC's primetime coverage beginning at 7 p.m. ET. Unlike the Opening Ceremony, though, the Closing Ceremony will be available live online as it happens at NBCOlympics.com.
