Ashley Benson might have a pretty little problem when it comes to buying houses. Last year the "Pretty Little Liars" actress bought a $4 million villa in Beverly Hills, CA, only to turn around and put it back on the market two months later. Now, with that home still on the market, Benson is selling another house in Los Angeles for $3 million.
She's owned the 3,085-square-foot home located above the Sunset Strip since 2012, so it's not exactly a quick flip. Built in 1938, this charming French Normandy -- style home is flush with Benson's personal touches.
The ceiling in the master bedroom is wallpapered with bees, the office has a gold-skull executive chair, and the living room features a movie poster of "Spring Breakers" -- which she starred in -- and a print of a "Seventeen" magazine cover that she appeared on in 2011.
The three-bedroom house is listed as "romantic" with a "private oasis of lush landscaping and storybook ambiance." It sounds about right -- and that's no lie.
