When it comes to Hamptons real estate, actors Liev Schreiber and Naomi Watts are thinking small. The Hollywood duo are downsizing their vacation home from six bedrooms to four, and moving farther out on Long Island from Amagansett to Montauk.

27East reports that Schreiber and Watts bought a half-acre Montauk property for $5.4 million. The 3,500-square-foot house with spectacular ocean views features a formal dining room, chef's kitchen, and media room.

In December, the couple listed their 5,302-square-foot Amagansett digs for $5.85 million. The price has since dropped to $5.25 million, according to Sotheby's. The property for sale includes a chef's kitchen with walk-in pantry, great room with fireplace, heated saltwater pool, and oversize outdoor shower with changing room.

Schreiber plays the title role in Showtime's "Ray Donovan" and appeared in "Spotlight," which won an Oscar for best picture. The British-born Watts is a two-time Oscar nominee for her roles in "21 Grams" and "The Impossible." The couple have been in a relationship since 2005 and have two children together.
