It looks like Andrew Ordon is looking for a real estate transplant -- "The Doctors" co-host is selling his peaceful pad in Los Angeles for $8.65 million.

Located in lower Bel Air, Ordon's house is a window-filled, 3,746-square-foot contemporary built in 1956.

The house has clearly had a couple of face-lifts: The kitchen has clearly been updated, and so have the bathrooms and deck. Walls of glass that line the lower level take their cues from the Mid-Century Modern era in which the home was built.

The three-bedroom, three-bathroom house sits on 1.26 acres, and you don't need to take the Hippocratic oath on closing day -- you can raze the whole house to "redevelop your dream estate," according to the listing.

Ordon, 65, is a plastic surgeon who's popped up on your screen for the past couple of decades, but his television career took off when he became a regular guest on "Dr. Phil" in 2007. In 2008, the good doctor became a co-host of the Emmy-nominated talk show "The Doctors."
