President Obama to Deliver Address on Iraq Troop Drawdown Next Week

Senior officials tell Fox President Obama will deliver an address on the Iraq troop drawdown late next week, mere days before the official deadline to remove all U.S. combat forces by August 31.

Officials say the speech will occur after Obama has left Martha's Vineyard and occur in an unannounced location around Obama's scheduled travel to New Orleans to mark the fifth anniversary of Hurricane Katrina.

Obama's remarks will build upon Vice President Biden's speech on Iraq Monday.
