Yet another election lawsuit filed by President Trump to decertify the results of the 2020 election was tossed out on Tuesday.
U.S. District Judge Mark Cohen said several times during a hearing that the case was "beyond unprecedented," and refused to grant Trump's request for an emergency injunction.
The decision comes after a leaked phone call between Trump and Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensberger revealed the president urged the secretary of state to "find" enough votes to reverse the state's election results.
