Embattled Rep. Maxine Waters, D-Calif., will discuss her ethics case with the press at 10:00 a.m. ET.  Her Chief of Staff (and grandson) Mikael Moore, who is also named in the complaint, will be present as well.  Waters is accused of using her position to secure TARP funds for the OneUnited Bank.  Her husband, Sidney Williams, held stock in the bank and also served on its board.

If you saw a campaign ad that showed President Obama and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., while the candidate said, “I don’t work for them,” it’s logical to assume you’re looking at a Republican candidate right?  Well don’t tell that to Rep. Joe Donnelly, D-Ind., whose latest commercial shows just that.  He’s a part of a growing number of Democratic candidates who are running against party leadership.  Will it work in November or will it backfire?  We report, you’ll decide.

There’s more where this came from, so stay with Fox News for the latest.
