San Antonio Mayor Julian Castro is a rising star in the Democratic Party, highlighted by a keynote speech at the Democratic National Convention in August.
On Monday, Castro and Newark Mayor Cory Booker sat next to each other at a New York event. That's when Booker -- who is active on social media -- tweeted that he believes Castro could become the first Latino governor of Texas.
