11:30am HHS Secretary Unveils Report on Health Insurance Premiums

At 11:30am, Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius will unveil a new report Thursday on health insurance premium increases, inclusing requested increases in Connecticut, Maine, Michigan, Oregon, Rhode Island and Washington.
