McDonald entered the digital world and has since worked for Patch and Newsweek before coming to Fox. He's covered the death of President George H.W. Bush, major hurricanes in Texas (Harvey) and Florida (Ian), midterm elections, presidential elections, current wars, Covid-19, Super Bowls and notable Olympians.
He currently lives in Cape Coral, Florida.
