While the District Attorney's Office previously declined to file felony charges, the city attorney has now passed on misdemeanor charges as well.
The Post also reported that Jackson's pregnant girlfriend voluntarily dismissed her temporary restraining order.

During an alleged struggle over the device, Jackson allegedly left scratch marks on her arm. He was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence and later released on $50,000 bond.
