Six years, America! Republicans have been promising the American people for six years they would repeal ObamaCare. But all they've given us was one excuse after another. And along the way they weaseled in another word -- "replace."

And now -- they've gone off and done it again.
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell announced on Tuesday an about-face on the latest repeal and replace plan. He decided to delay the vote on a new health care plan until after the Fourth of July holiday.
In other words, the Republicans did not have the votes necessary to push through yet another version of an entitlement program.
