A Florida sheriff arrested the author of a how-to pedophilia guide, saying he did so because the book goes beyond First Amendment protection and teaches pedophiles how to "sexually batter a child." Free speech purists, however, say the arrest is an "overreach." Do you think the book and its author are protected under the First Amendment right to free speech?
