Gretchen's Take: Life is beautiful

Life is beautiful! Yes, gorgeous scenery helps, but taking time to sit back and be thankful for even the smallest things is a worthwhile endeavor I've become better at...post 40!

We all live such fast-paced lives with technology only putting us in an even faster mode. Sometimes it's almost impossible to really get away -- right?

So, today, even if it's just for a few minutes...  take time to sit back and look at something beautiful and reflect.

I just did and I am so thankful.
