So is obamacare a done deal now? Are there any other options for Republicans to repeal the law -- say if a Republican president is elected in 2016 and the House and Senate are both Republican? Or does this Supreme Court ruling put an official end to the debate.

The GOP's line is still, even after this ruling, "repeal & replace." It'll no doubt be both a battle cry for any 2016 GOP candidate and an anchor for Hillary Clinton to either hang around her neck or champion.

As far as the courts -- There are NO major legal challenges against Obamacare in place right now that would chip, break or crack away President Obama's signature domestic achievement in any way. So it appears unless it's voted on and signed by any future President to repeal & replace -- it will remain the law of the land.
