President Obama's Oval Office address fails to rally Americans in fear of terror

Now we know the FBI is looking at the mother of the San Bernardino terrorist ... and whether she knew of her son's plans to carry out last week's attack. Remember, she lived in the small apartment with the couple as they were stockpiling weapons and building bombs.

Now there are reports she's active in a pro-caliphate Islamic group. And yet, we heard nothing from President Obama last night about a change in strategy to truly decimate ISIS here at home.

It's interesting to note what France has done in the last few weeks. The interior minister there says they've shut down three mosques since the attacks-- after police found "jihadist documents" during raids-- and plan to close as many as 160 across the nation.

Authorities have also searched 2,235 homes and buildings ... and taken 232 people into custody. So ... what is President Obama doing to prevent another attack here? I didn't hear anything about providing more resources for our law enforcement as they work tirelessly to try and shut down plots they've successfully uncovered.
