If you have a job, you'll probably get sick at some point and have to call in sick. Totally fine and even encouraged if you are actually sick, but we all know that sometimes people call in sick when they aren't actually sick. It happens a lot. So much so that CareerBuilder does an annual study on the subject, which includes some of the craziest reasons employees have given when calling out "sick" from work.
